Maharshi Dayanand Law College, Jaipur was established by Dr. C.K. Samvedi in the year 2003. Complying with the order, The University of Rajasthan granted, Provisional Affiliation in 2003 for LL.B. 3 year Course. It is for Students who have completed graduation in any stream. In 2018, the M.D. Law College came into being and received an Affiliation for B.A.LL.B. 5 Year Integrated Course. In the Year 2019, M.D. Law College, Jaipur introduced LL.M. 2 year Course for Students.
The Permanent NOC was confirmed by the State Government in the Session 2018-2019 and received a Permanent Affiliation by DR. BHIMRAO AMBEDKAR LAW UNIVERSITY.
